Vegan Avocado Cookies

I've been working on a recipe for a while and I was pretty happy with the way it turned out tonight.

Instead of making cookies I but these bready morsels into a mini cupcake tin and made mini muffins.

I think I will try adding a bit of cumin and instead of chocolate chips will make a chocolate frosting for them.

Surprisingly, chocolate and avocados go well together and I think cumin will help tie in the chocolate with the lime and avocado.
