With the start of a new year, a new quarter I have decided that I wanted to start out the year with a BANG at the Food Co-op. So this is the menu I have planned out for this week. I'm trying to come up with flavors that I can put out with what will be existing on the hot food bar.
Monday: Indian
Coconut Cashew Brown Basmati Rice
Cauliflower Coconut Curry

Tuesday: Taco Tuesday
Black Beans
Vegetable Quinoa
Mexican Style Potatoes
Wednesday: Hare Krishna
(Taking the day off)
Thursday: Italian
Nettle Pesto Pasta
Warm Black Kale Salad
Rosemary Truffle Potatoes
Friday: Southern
Black Eye Peas
Grits
Stewed Greens w/ Potatoes
Now don't get too used to this. I'm only planning on cooking once a week, but I wanted to start the quarter by giving the patrons of the Food Co-op a taste of what's to come.
