So yesterday i made Coconut cilantro brown basmati rice and yellow cauliflower potato curry. I had forgotten how hard it is to actually cook at the food coop. With only one weak hot plate made for home use I barely got the curry to heat up. After an hour I had to leave before the thing even was done. Apparently it was pretty good but who's to say.
Today I decided to be better prepared and made the quinoa at home and took it in. I had already soaked the black beans yesterday. It took me 30minutes to heat up the hot plate enough to sauté/
